Alani Herd, Our New
Youth Services Specialist!

Hi, my name is Alani. I'm thrilled to be joining the great team at NPL.  I look forward to sharing my love of books and crafts within the youth services program.  I am excited to build connections with families while helping the youth learn and enjoy their time at the library.  I am a Mom and have 23 years experience being a teacher at Head Start/Early Head Start.  In my free time you will find me at my children's sporting events, taking sports photographs, reading or at this time of year- watching Hallmark Christmas Movies
